Humidification plays very vital role at all stages of tea processing, mainly at Fermenting area. At present, tea processing factories are mostly using the old conventional dry and wet bulb thermometers to manually monitor both these parameters and the corresponding value of % RH is obtained from the standard psychometric chart, which may not be accurate all the times. To overcome this, NexGen has developed %RH Management System (RHM 20), which senses the dry and wet temperatures of air through a reliable & accurate temperature sensor and directly computes the %RH based on psychometric chart stored inside our system. Accordingly it can control the humidifier unit automatically and maintains the %RH value within the pre-set limit.

Multichannel Temperature Scanner (MTS)

Temperature plays most critical role at all stage of tea processing starting from the plucking to packing. NexGen has developed Wireless Multichannel Temperature Scanner ( MTS ), a smart solution for temperature monitoring and control, which gives the highly accurate temperature.
