Conventional tea industry is mostly depend on batch displaying technology or conventional eletronics equipment to get the 'Tea Made' data, which has more breakdown chances due frequent ON/OFF cycles and as a consequence prone to give enoneous information. Overflowing and loss ofbloom in 'Made Tea' are other disadvantages of these systems.

TO OVERCOME aforesaid problems, NexGen has developed Online Dryer Output Monitoring System (Smart Analyzer) which continuously monitors & records all the parameters in real time basis, e.g. average hourly Output of 'Tea Made' and total operation time of each production cycle, power cut time etc.
