Uniform feed to Rotorvane is very much important to achieve the proper preconditioning of leaf in Rotorvane & better cut in CTC machine. With the present, direct manual feeding of leafs in the Rotorvane, it is not possible to achieve even 60-70% of uniform feeding of leafs in Rotorvane. Non-uniform feeding in Rotorvane results improper cutting in CTC machine and poor price realization of Made tea.
To overcome aforesaid problem, NexGen has successfully designed & developed Automatic Uniform Rotorvane Feed unit (Auto Feed) which gives more than 95 % accuracy in uniform feeding of leafs in Rotorvane irrespactive of the irregular or uneven feeding of leaf by operators.
This uniform feed of leafs in rotorvene help to achieves better and uniform preconditioning of tea leafs in Rotorvane which ensure proper cutting of processed leaf in CTC machine resulting in better quality of ‘MADE TEA’ and higher price realization with substantial energy & manpower savings.
