Scope of Work

• Temperature Monitoring of different CFM Modules (4 nos. of sensing zones).
• Monitoring of Relative Humidity (% RH of DUCT/Ambient Air) and controlling of Mist chamber pump as per user Set limit.
• Monitoring of Air-pressure inside DUCT and controlling Air Flow Fan motor speed by using Variable Frequency drives (VFD) at mist chamber to vary air-pressure.
• Monitoring of CFM bed material (MAL) thickness.
• Monitoring & controlling CFM residence time depends upon user defined parameters by using VFDs. All the controlling operation can be done AUTO or Manually.

Scope of Supply

• Display/Controller Unit for monitoring and controlling.
• RTD (4 nos.) suitable to monitor the temperature of different zone of CFM.
• RTD (2 nos.) based RH Sensor (for duct/ambient) and Controller module.
• Air pressure sensor for measuring air pressure inside the duct.
• Speed Sensor for measuring Residence Time of CFM.
• Height sensor for measuring thickness of CFM material (MAL).
• Interconnecting Cables for Sensor to Display.
• Audio Visual annunciation for any Alarm.
